At BAG2PACK, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-printed or personalized packaging
- Opened or used products
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling
How to Request a Return

- Our team will confirm your eligibility and send return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be given as store credit or via bank transfer
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective
- UAE customers: You may use our courier or drop the item off at our warehouse
- GCC customers: Please use a trackable courier service
Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
