This is a factually accurate description of what the website actually does, written so the page is not a dead link at launch. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it checked against the UAE Personal Data Protection Law before you rely on it, and add your registered entity name and any data-protection contact.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on the contact page: your name, company name if you give one, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the product and quantity you are asking about, when you need it, and any message you write.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry — to prepare a specification, a price and a lead time, and to contact you about it. That is the only purpose.
How it is stored
Form submissions are emailed to us, and a copy is kept in this website's own administration area so an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. We do not build a customer profile, a marketing list or a behavioural record of your visit.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
- We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Two third-party services may load: an embedded Google Map on the contact page, and web fonts, both of which receive your IP address as a technical necessity of delivering them. If you click through to WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's own terms.
Spam protection
The enquiry form includes a hidden field and a timing check to block automated submissions. Neither collects information about you.
Your choices
