Cement Bags in the UAE
Cement bags are heavy-duty sacks for packing cement and other powdered building materials, most commonly in 25 kg and 50 kg sizes. The main types are PP woven cement bags, block-bottom valve bags that stack neatly and fill automatically, and kraft paper multiwall valve bags.
The UAE’s construction sector depends on packaging that survives filling, stacking, transport and site handling without bursting or leaking dust. Bag2Pack supplies cement and building-material bags designed for high-speed filling lines and tough site conditions.
Cement Bag Types
- PP woven cement bags — strong, tear-resistant and economical
- Block-bottom valve bags — brick-shaped bags that fill through a valve and stack neatly on pallets
- Kraft multiwall paper bags — layered paper bags, often with valve filling
Also Used For
Tile adhesive, grout, gypsum and plaster, lime, dry mortar, putty, chemicals and powdered minerals.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What size are cement bags in the UAE?
The most common size is 50 kg, with 25 kg bags used for specialty products such as tile adhesive and ready-mix mortar.
What is a valve bag?
A valve bag has a small sleeve in one corner through which powder is filled by machine. The valve closes under the weight of the contents, reducing spillage.
Why use block-bottom bags?
Block-bottom bags form a neat brick shape when filled, which makes pallets more stable and improves storage and transport efficiency.

As a guide: choose screen printing for simple logos on fabric, flexo for large paper or woven runs, rotogravure for photographic BOPP packaging, DTF or digital for full-colour short runs, sublimation for all-over polyester designs and embroidery for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
Artwork Guidelines
Supply vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with Pantone references for the most accurate colour. For photographic prints, supply high-resolution images at print size. We share a digital proof for approval before production.
