Custom Sublimation Bags UAE
Sublimation bags are printed by turning special ink into gas with heat, so it bonds directly into polyester fibres. The result is vivid, full-colour, edge-to-edge artwork that will not crack, peel or fade easily. Sublimation only works on polyester or high-polyester fabrics, including cotton-feel polyester.
When your design covers the whole bag — photographs, patterns, gradients or artwork — sublimation is the method that reproduces it without limits on colours. It is widely used for event merchandise, sports teams, schools, influencer and creator merchandise, and seasonal gift bags.
Key Features
- Unlimited colours and photographic detail
- All-over, edge-to-edge printing
- Ink becomes part of the fabric — no cracking or peeling
- Soft feel with no raised print layer
Best For
Events and festivals, sports clubs and academies, schools, creator merchandise, promotional campaigns and personalised gifts.
Fabric Note
Sublimation needs polyester to bond. For a cotton look, we use cotton-feel polyester or poly-cotton blends. For 100% cotton bags, we recommend DTF, screen printing or digital printing instead.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you sublimate on 100% cotton bags?
No. Sublimation ink bonds with polyester fibres, so we use polyester or cotton-feel polyester fabrics for sublimation.
Will sublimation printing fade?
Sublimation prints are highly durable because the ink becomes part of the fibre. Washing in cold water helps them last even longer.
Is there a limit on colours?
No. Sublimation prints full colour and photographs at no extra cost per colour.

Which Printing Method Is Right for You?
Tell us your material, artwork and quantity. As a guide: choose screen printing for simple logos on fabric, flexo for large paper or woven runs, rotogravure for photographic BOPP packaging, DTF or digital for full-colour short runs, sublimation for all-over polyester designs and embroidery for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
Artwork Guidelines
Supply vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with Pantone references for the most accurate colour. For photographic prints, supply high-resolution images at print size. We share a digital proof for approval before production.
