Non-Woven Box Bags with Tailor Stitching
A tailor-stitched box bag is a three-dimensional non-woven bag with a flat base and side gussets, sewn together with thread. Stitched seams make it the strongest non-woven construction, so it holds its shape and carries heavy or boxed items without splitting.
Box bags stand upright, fit shoe boxes and gift boxes neatly, and look far more premium than flat bags. Tailor stitching adds durability: each seam is sewn by hand-operated machines, often with piping or edge binding, giving the bag a finished look that customers keep and reuse.
Key Features
- 3D box shape with flat base and side gussets
- Thread-sewn seams for maximum strength
- Optional edge binding, piping and base board insert
- Long or short sewn handles
- Premium look suitable for gifting and luxury retail
Best For
Fashion and footwear brands, gift and hamper packaging, Ramadan and Eid gifting, corporate gifts, perfume and cosmetics, and any business packing heavy or boxed products.
Tailor Stitching vs Ultrasonic Stitching
Tailor-stitched bags are stronger and more durable, making them better for heavy items and long-term reuse. Ultrasonic bags use heat-sealed seams with no thread, which is faster for very large promotional runs. See Box Bags — Ultrasonic Stitching.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a box bag?
A box bag is a bag with a flat rectangular base and side gussets, so it opens into a box shape and stands upright.
Why choose tailor stitching?
Thread-sewn seams are the strongest way to join non-woven fabric, so the bag carries heavier loads and lasts longer.
Can I add a base board to the bag?
Yes. A removable or fixed base insert helps the bag keep its shape when carrying boxes or heavier products.

Which Printing Method Is Right for You?
Tell us your material, artwork and quantity. As a guide: choose screen printing for simple logos on fabric, flexo for large paper or woven runs, rotogravure for photographic BOPP packaging, DTF or digital for full-colour short runs, sublimation for all-over polyester designs and embroidery for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
Artwork Guidelines
Supply vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with Pantone references for the most accurate colour. For photographic prints, supply high-resolution images at print size. We share a digital proof for approval before production.
