Laminated Non-Woven Bags for Retail & Branding
Laminated non-woven bags have a thin gloss or matte film bonded to the non-woven fabric. The film allows photo-quality, full-colour printing, adds water resistance and gives the bag a premium, rigid finish that makes brand artwork stand out.
If your artwork includes photographs, gradients or many colours, lamination is the way to reproduce it sharply on a reusable bag. Laminated bags look closer to a printed paper gift bag but are far more durable, which is why fashion, cosmetics and FMCG brands in the UAE use them for launches and seasonal campaigns.
Key Features
- Full-colour, photographic print quality
- Gloss or matte finish
- Improved water and stain resistance
- Stiffer structure that holds its shape
- Available as flat, loop handle or box bags
Best For
Fashion and cosmetics brands, malls and seasonal campaigns, product launches, luxury retail, exhibitions and premium giveaways.
Sustainability Note
Lamination combines non-woven PP with a plastic film. The bag remains highly reusable, but the combined layers can be harder to recycle than plain non-woven. If recyclability is a priority, ask us about unlaminated options.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does lamination do to a non-woven bag?
It adds a thin film over the fabric, allowing full-colour printing and making the bag more water-resistant and rigid.
Gloss or matte — which is better?
Gloss makes colours look vibrant and bold. Matte feels softer and more premium, and reduces glare on photographs.
Can laminated bags be reused?
Yes. They are durable and reusable. However, the mixed materials can make recycling more difficult than plain non-woven.

Which Printing Method Is Right for You?
Tell us your material, artwork and quantity. As a guide: choose screen printing for simple logos on fabric, flexo for large paper or woven runs, rotogravure for photographic BOPP packaging, DTF or digital for full-colour short runs, sublimation for all-over polyester designs and embroidery for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
Artwork Guidelines
Supply vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with Pantone references for the most accurate colour. For photographic prints, supply high-resolution images at print size. We share a digital proof for approval before production.

- Sublimation needs polyester or high-polyester fabric, including cotton-feel polyester.
