D-Cut Non-Woven Bags
A D-cut bag is a flat non-woven bag with a D-shaped handle hole die-cut near the top edge and reinforced with an extra fabric patch. Because it has no separate handles, it is light, fast to produce and one of the most economical branded bags available in the UAE.
D-cut bags are the everyday workhorse of branded packaging. Pharmacies, mobile phone shops, opticians, boutiques and exhibition stands use them to hand over small purchases and brochures while keeping their logo visible. The reinforced handle patch stops the cut from tearing, so the bag stays reusable.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between a D-cut and a U-cut bag?
A D-cut bag has a small D-shaped handle hole punched below the top edge. A U-cut bag has a larger U-shaped opening cut from the top, which forms two handles and makes loading easier.
How much weight can a D-cut non-woven bag carry?
It depends on size and GSM, but D-cut bags are designed for light to medium items such as medicines, accessories, clothing and printed material. For heavier goods, choose a loop handle or box bag.
Are D-cut bags the cheapest branded bags?
They are among the most economical because they use less fabric and no separate handles, which lowers both material and stitching costs.

Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
