U-Cut Non-Woven Bags
A U-cut bag is a non-woven bag with a U-shaped opening die-cut into the top, leaving two integrated handles on either side. The wide opening makes it quick to pack, and because the handles are part of the bag, it stays economical for high-volume use.
U-cut bags are a practical choice for businesses that pack items quickly at the counter — supermarkets, bakeries, sweet shops, vegetable and fruit sellers, and takeaway outlets. They carry more than a D-cut bag and are comfortable to hold by hand.
Key Features
- Wide U-shaped opening for fast loading

- Clear print panel for logos, offers and contact details

Supermarkets and mini-marts, bakeries, sweet and date shops, fruit and vegetable stores, takeaway counters and household product retailers.

Select width, height, gusset, GSM and fabric colour. Add single- or multi-colour printing on one or both sides.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose a U-cut bag over a D-cut bag?
A U-cut bag has a wider opening and larger handles, so it is easier to load and more comfortable for heavier or bulkier items like groceries and baked goods.
Can U-cut bags have gussets?
Yes. Adding side or bottom gussets gives the bag more volume so it can hold boxes and containers.
Are U-cut bags reusable?
Yes. Like all our non-woven bags, U-cut bags are made to be reused many times and are recyclable where PP recycling is available.

Which Printing Method Is Right for You?
Tell us your material, artwork and quantity. As a guide: choose screen printing for simple logos on fabric, flexo for large paper or woven runs, rotogravure for photographic BOPP packaging, DTF or digital for full-colour short runs, sublimation for all-over polyester designs and embroidery for a premium, long-lasting finish.
Turn Your Bags Into Brand Advertising
A printed bag is carried through malls, offices, streets and homes long after the sale. Every reuse is another impression for your brand at no extra media cost — making branded bags one of the most cost-effective forms of advertising for UAE businesses.
Artwork Guidelines
Supply vector files (AI, PDF, EPS or SVG) with Pantone references for the most accurate colour. For photographic prints, supply high-resolution images at print size. We share a digital proof for approval before production.
